Public Combined HLTAID004 Provide an emergency first aid response in an education and care setting with 22282VIC Course in the management of asthma risks and emergencies in the workplace and 22300VIC Course in First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis Training Course at the Maryborough Community Hub, 48 Burns St, Maryborough starting at 8:30am to 5:30pm (9hrs) on Monday, August 19, 2019.
These unit of competencies describes the skills and knowledge required to provide a first aid response to infants, children and adults. These units applies to educators and support staff working within an education and care setting who are required to respond to a first aid emergency, including asthmatic and anaphylactic emergencies. These unit of competencies will contribute towards approved first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis training under the Education and Care Services National Law, and the Education and Care Services National Regulation (2011) and the Victoria State Government Education and Training Departmental guidelines and requirements of Ministerial Order 706 (MO706).
This combined course has been approved by ACECQA and meets the requirements of “First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis”. The Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) oversees the implementation of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and works with the state and territory regulatory authorities to implement and administer the NQF.

Note: There’s a minimum of 4 students required in order for the training day to proceed, with a total maximum of 24 students per training day. If a training day needs to be cancelled, an alternate training date will be offered or a refund given.
